Shipping Policy

Hoomanwear ships within India as well as internationally. The rate charged for the shipping of the order is based on the delivery location. Before the final checkout page, the customer will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and the customer will have a chance to not place the order if they decide not to.


Shipping Within India: 

  • All regular orders to be shipped within India are processed within 3-5 business days of confirmation of order. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Delivery Availability and Timeline of the order depends on the location of the buyer. Since we ship from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, from the point the order is dispatched, your order will be delivered to you within 7 – 10 working days.

  • Timelines for Customised Orders as well as Bulk Orders will depend on the specifics of that order and will be provided along with the quote for such orders.

  • In case the customer wants to change the delivery address after confirmation of the order, we will levy a charge of INR 70 for the same. This will only be possible if the order hasn’t been dispatched.

  • Our courier partner will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver the consignment and after which the consignment will be deemed rejected and returned to us.

  • We do not take any returns whatsoever. Incase of any product quality or order issues, kindly reach out to us at support@hoomanwear.co within 7 days of receiving your order to check if you are eligible for a replacement or refund. For more details check our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.


International Shipping: 

  • All regular orders to be shipped outside of India are processed within 3-5 business days of confirmation of order. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Delivery Availability and Timeline of the order depends on the location of the buyer. For Eco Premium Delivery Option your order will be delivered to you within 3-4 weeks, and for DHL Express it will take 1-2 weeks from the date of dispatch. 

  • Timelines for Customised Orders as well as Bulk Orders will depend on the specifics of that order and will be provided along with the quote for such orders.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: Hoomanwear is not responsible for any extra charges such as custom duties and taxes that are applied to your shipment by the Country or State to which the shipment is being delivered. All such additional fees imposed after dispatch are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not take any returns whatsoever. In case of any product quality or order issues, kindly reach out to us at support@hoomanwear.co within 7 days of receiving your order to check if you are eligible for a replacement or refund. For more details check our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.


Delays:

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will inform you of the delay immediately and work to get your consignment to you as soon as possible.

  • In the rare case, there may be a delay in delivery of your consignment due to floods/ heavy rains/ natural calamity/ national bandh/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/ regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order, we request you to kindly co-operate with us.

  • In case your shipment is very time-sensitive, please reach out to us via our Contact Form or e-mail us about it at support@hoomanwear.co and we will do our best to expedite things for you.

 

Hoomanwear via its courier partners will deliver to the recipient at the address indicated at the time of checkout, or to someone other than the person or entity named at the time of checkout having apparent authority to accept the shipment in the name and on behalf of the recipient. There is no obligation to deliver a shipment to the recipient personally and the courier partner may deliver to someone other than the person named at the time of checkout.

Cash on Delivery service is not available.


If you received your order damaged, please contact us by sending an e-mail to returns@hoomanwear.co at the earliest to file a claim – refer to the Returns and Cancellation Policy page for the same. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.


From time to time there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.


Packaging material accounts for close to 30% of all the waste in the landfill. All our packaging is 100% reusable, biodegradable, recyclable and compostable. We would encourage every customer to reuse and recycle all the packaging material.
