Returns & Cancellations
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. Kindly email us about the same at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of misprinted, damaged and/or defective items For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Reasons for Returns and Cancellation:
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned by Customer:
Kindly always contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or for size exchanges. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.
Cancellations by the customer:
To cancel your order, kindly email us at email@example.com to request a cancellation with your order details. In case we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount.
If we have already printed and shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.
Cancellation by Hoomanwear:
Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after you are charged, the said amount will be refunded back in your account within 15 working days.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Hoomanwear and accept Hoomanwear’s decision regarding the cancellation.
